  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of inspection.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
